Consultations

Our consultations run for up to 45 minutes. During this time, our agent will listen to your migration goals, assess your eligibility, and provide the best pathway to achieve them. We will discuss methods to strengthen your application and the next steps.

Online Harassment

Please note that Whitsunday Migration Services has zero tolerance for any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence or discrimination. If any of these occur, our agents reserve the right to terminate the consultation immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

Payments, Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds

• When you book with us, you will pay the appointment fee in advance. 
• After your appointment, we will send you an invoice just for your records. You don’t need to pay anything else.
• If you need to reschedule, please email us directly at visa@whitsundaymigrationservices.com.au
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your consultation.
• The booking fee is non-refundable for any no-shows or cancellations. 
• At times, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule. If this happens, we will do our best to offer you the earliest possible alternative.
